The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile, SAFe, PI Planning, change management, executive communication, portfolio coordination, value realization, and complex stakeholder management. The candidate should have a proven track record of navigating complex, cross-functional organizations and driving successful delivery across multiple products and teams., * 7+ years of Scrum Master experience. * 3+ years of experience working in a SAFe environment. * Strong experience with PI Planning. * Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs. * Experience leading Contact Center AI initiatives. * Strong experience with cross-product delivery efforts. * Proven success leading large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. * Strong understanding of value realization and portfolio coordination. * Experience with organizational change management. * Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. * Strong executive presence. * Exceptional stakeholder management skills. * Experience managing complex, cross-functional delivery organizations. * Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
