Ways to stand out from the crowd: * Experience designing AI-powered user experiences, including assistants, recommendations, summarization, automation, or human-in-the-loop workflows. Our team is building tools and infrastructure used by engineering teams across the company to track, triage, debug, and understand complex development and data workflows. We seek a designer who can deeply understand customer needs and translate complex engineering processes into intuitive user experiences. They will help build the next generation of AI-enhanced internal tools! This role will focus on workflow design, customer interaction, product discovery, and high-quality UI/UX execution. You will work closely with engineers, architects, product owners, and end users to design practical, scalable experiences for systems that support critical engineering workflows.
