You will deliver high-level IT infrastructure support, specializing in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware virtualization, and robust network environments (LAN/WAN, firewalls, and routers). This position balances deep technical execution-such as deploying remote access VPNs, monitoring client networks, and managing disaster recovery solutions-with active client communication, technical sales assistance, and meticulous documentation using ConnectWise (CW). Acting as a vital link between clients and internal teams, you will also help maintain service levels by mentoring junior engineers and representing the organization dynamically within the community.
