## Description

The Architect will plan and design, and facilitate the execution of new building designs, as well as expansions or renovations according to clients' needs, desires, and financial resources.
Responsibilities

 * Plan and design new building structures and renovations.
 * Facilitate the execution of building expansions and renovations.
 * Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings and models.
 * Provide consultative support throughout the design process.
 * Complete own drawings, specifications, and calculations for projects.
 * Lead the entire design process, including proposal phases.
 * Serve as the Architectural Lead on projects and potentially take on Project Manager responsibilities if experienced., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
