## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a secure Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
 * Develop solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, Workflows, Dashboards, and Reporting.
 * Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
 * Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and customizations following ServiceNow best practices.
 * Support enterprise modules including ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
 * Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and platform governance.
