In this high-impact, strategic role, you'll take ownership of system design and technical architecture, working closely with the CTO and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric Web3 applications. You will lead the selection and implementation of the right technologies for the business - from core infrastructure to application layer - with a strong focus on Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain integrations, smart contract development, and tokenomics. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end system architecture and technical design of our Web3 platform. * Evaluate and select appropriate Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain technologies based on product and business requirements. * Design and oversee the development of smart contracts, ensuring security, auditability, and scalability. * Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate user journeys into robust backend and frontend architecture. * Guide technical implementation and mentor engineering teams where required. * Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance in a distributed environment. * Work closely with the CTO on technology strategy, roadmap planning, and scaling engineering efforts. * Provide technical leadership during token generation events (TGEs) and contribute to the design and implementation of tokenomics models.
