The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting users through the full integration process, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional service in a high-pressure, financial environment. This role will also involve post-migration support, technical deskside assistance, and collaboration with project teams to meet strict deadlines and targets. Key Responsibilities: * User Support & Integration * Support users through the full integration and migration process to Windows 11. * Provide post-migration assistance and ensure user satisfaction. * Deliver training and build strong relationships with end users. * Technical Support & Troubleshooting * Build and rebuild devices to meet Windows 11 specifications. * Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11-related issues. * Complete deskside and technical support queries as required. * Support the Project team with tasks, pilots, and initiatives. * Attend team calls and contribute to discussions on best practices. * Work to meet weekly and monthly targets within defined deadlines. * Provide out-of-hours support when agreed in advance to support project milestones.
