Senior Recruitment Consultant - CRM, Data Strategy, Digital and Customer Insights at Harnham

DATA ANALYST (Customer/Marketing)

LOCATION - CENTRAL LONDON - 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE

The Role

As Data Analyst, you will be involved in the following:

 * Own end-to-end analytics projects across marketing, CRM, and promotions
 * Use SQL (BigQuery) to interrogate large datasets, including customer and campaign data
 * Build dashboards and deliver insight to stakeholders
 * Analyse registration and sign-up data for new digital initiatives
 * Provide insights for subscription and premium content offerings
 * Support on experimentation and A/B testing initiatives

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 * Experience in analytics (customer, marketing, or similar)
 * SQL skills essential (BigQuery experience preferred)
 * Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
 * Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights
