You'll be responsible for leading the implementation of technology and tools to support both the Strategic Workforce Planning and Skills mobilisation in Workday across AXA UK. You'll be ensure project success by aligning with existing systems, managing change, and delivering value to the organisation., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. * Coordinate resources, manage project teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery. * Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate user adoption and minimise resistance. * Create and deliver communication and training plans to prepare the organisation for new systems and processes. * Support post-implementation activities, including user support, engagement, and ongoing adoption. * Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems like Workday. * Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
