Senior Recruitment Consultant - Analytics, Insight & Product at Harnham

Overview

We are working with a boutique digital agency on a key Adobe Analytics hire.

Responsibilities

 * Trend Analysis - building and maintain Tableau dashboards to track metrics changes over time across products, campaigns, and digital channels.
 * Provide commentary and context, highlighting performance drivers and opportunities across digital marketing analytics.
 * Contribute to personalisation initiatives and digital data integration projects.
 * Strategic Input i.e. Spotting opportunities across reporting and insight outputs and suggest new avenues for optimisation or testing.
 * Adobe Analytics Expertise - Create and manage segments, funnel views, and path visualisation. Develop and run attribution models, and explain implications clearly to senior marketing stakeholders.
 * Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring delivery is aligned with client priorities.

Qualifications
