Software Delivery Lead - Newcastle | Up to £70k | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

We're looking for a hands-on Software Delivery Lead to guide a growing engineering team in Newcastle and help shape the future of the company.

Location: Newcastle (3 days a week on-site)

Salary: Up to £70k + benefits

Permanent Role

What you'll do:

 * Lead, coach and develop a small product engineering team
 * Make key technical decisions and own engineering standards
 * Work across .NET Framework/Core, SQL and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
 * Collaborate closely with Product, UX and global engineering peers
 * Drive best practice across CI/CD, automation and delivery
