## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, optimization, and support of critical backend systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building enterprise-grade applications in Python, strong expertise in relational databases, and a proven track record of troubleshooting complex distributed environments.
Location: 100% Remote (Spain-based candidates only)
Language: Advanced English (C1) required, 7+ years of professional experience with Python.
Strong experience with relational databases: SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Or equivalent platforms
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in distributed systems.
Advanced English level (C1).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Nice to Have
Java and Spring Boot (microservices development).
Financial services domain knowledge: Trading / Market Risk / FRTB / IMA
Integration middleware experience: TIBCO / MQ / Kafka
Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
Docker and Kubernetes.
Scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys).
Scripting and automation: PowerShell / Bash
