## About the Role

* Experience administering, maintaining, and supporting Linux-based systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8/9.
 * Experience integrating software products in complex system-of-systems environments.
Experience supporting containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker in a microservices architecture.

 * Experience with systems administration, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
 * Experience supporting enterprise application environments,
 * Experience with Ansible, Jenkins, and GitLab.
 * Certifications: Security+ CE

## Description

* Administer and support application deployments in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8/9 and Microsoft Windows Server.
 * Support CI/CD pipeline administration and application deployments using Jenkins and GitLab.
 * Support enterprise storage, networking, and system connectivity for application hosting and operations.
 * Monitor application and system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with software developers, systems administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and test teams to support application deployment, sustainment, and operational readiness.

 * Participate in configuration management, release management, change management, disaster recovery planning, and continuous improvement of software deployment and operational support processes.
