## Description

* Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear, customer-centric product vision aligned with Metrolink''s strategic initiatives (such as mobile ticketing, passenger information displays, or scheduling software).
 * Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the product backlog. Order user stories, epics, and themes to maximize ROI and operational value for transit riders and internal staff.
 * Sprint Execution: Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
 * Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, operations teams, external contractors, and software developers.
 * Requirements Definition: Write clear acceptance criteria and partner with UX/UI designers and technical architects to ensure solutions meet safety, compliance, and user accessibility standards.
