This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow a career in data center infrastructure, network operations, and critical environment support. The Data Center Technician I will assist with equipment installations, rack-and-stack activities, cabling, hardware replacements, inventory management, and day-to-day operational support in a mission-critical environment. No prior data center experience is required; paid training is provided for individuals looking to build a long-term career., * High School Diploma or GED. * 0-2 years of experience in a data center, telecommunications, IT support, audiovisual (AV), low-voltage, electrical, mechanical, construction, manufacturing, cabling, or military technical environment. * Basic understanding of computers, networking, and technology infrastructure. * Ability to read and follow procedures and technical documentation. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to pass background screening and site access checks. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with server hardware installation or rack and stack activities. * Experience with structured cabling, including fiber optic and copper installation. * Experience with low-voltage systems or telecommunications infrastructure. * Experience with Audio Visual (AV) systems installation. * Experience with electrical or mechanical equipment installation. * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, BICSI Installer, FOA, or OSHA 10.
