 * Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, scope changes, dependencies, and quality assurance activities.
 * Experience gathering, documenting, validating, and managing business and technical requirements.
 * Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
 * Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams, building team capability, and driving collaboration.
 * Knowledge of project governance, benefits realization, vendor management, and continuous improvement practices.
 * Skilled in testing, user acceptance activities, and solution performance evaluation.
 * Ability to work independently while providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to others., * Experience with Smartsheet and TFS (Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps).
 * Experience leading medium to large, cross-functional projects in complex organizational environments.
 * Strong leadership presence and a proactive mindset.
 * Positive attitude, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust quickly.
 * Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment, and influencing without direct authority.

## Description

* Develop and manage project and workstream plans, ensuring activities are properly scoped, resourced, and aligned with project objectives and governance standards.
 * Lead project delivery through requirements gathering, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and execution of agreed deliverables.
 * Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
 * Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, implementing mitigation plans as needed.
 * Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and process requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Lead medium to large project teams, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve project goals.
 * Oversee project quality assurance reviews and address findings to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
 * Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
 * Manage project budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and variance reporting.
 * Track and measure business benefits, ensuring outcomes are realized and optimized.
 * Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, reviews, change management, and project closeout.
