+ Master's degree +3 years, bachelor's degree +5 years, associate's degree +7 years, or High School diploma or GED +12 years of relevant experience. Relevant experience must be in the software development process (i.e., requirements analysis, software design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, and maintenance) and programming.
