## About the Role

This is a full-time direct hire position and you must currently have an active Secret Security Clearance or above. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship, 1099 status, or work with C2C for this role., * Secret clearance

 * 5+ years of relevant network engineering or architecture experience
 * CCNA, ITIL, or ITSM
 * Possesses an industry-recognized advanced networking certification

## Description

* Serve as the first line of support for network-related issues, responding to tickets, alerts, and basic incident reports.
 * Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity issues, hardware faults, and basic configuration errors.
 * Monitor network performance, availability, and health using standard monitoring tools.
 * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams with appropriate documentation.
 * Assist with routine network maintenance tasks, such as port changes, device reboots, and patch cable replacements.
 * Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and changes in ticketing systems.
