Engineering Master's degree with emphasis in remote sensing and 10 years of relevant experience

Because of our company size and limited experience, this position must work in the office a minimum of 40 hours/5 days per week.

## Description

· Strong background in weather radar and weather radar data processing

· Link budget creation and analysis

· Radar system simulation and analysis

· Development of System Requirements and Subsystem Requirements Flowdown (Hardware, Firmware, Software)

· Compliance Matrix

· Verification Plans for System and Subsystems

· Verification Testing

· Schedule development and maintenance, create work arounds to keep programs on schedule

· Software/Firmware System Architecture, Block Diagrams, Flow Charts and Verification

· Stay abreast of new technology publications, competitor products and originate articles promoting the company and professional capabilities

· Seek out and submit proposals for new business to grow the R&D base
