Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring employment visas for this role. ## Description Everlaw is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to drive technical alignment, system ownership, and process enforcement across our Engineering team. In this high-visibility role, you will focus on Engineering Manager (EM) and Engineering Program Management (EPM) enablement, building self-service automation and tools that act as force multipliers across the entire organization. Ideally, you bring a background in software development within a program management function and a passion for turning complex technical requirements into elegant operational solutions. This role sits within our Engineering department, where you will partner closely with senior engineering leadership to cultivate strategic relationships and unblock technical teams. You will bridge the gap between engineering infrastructure and business intelligence, helping to define and collect datasets that inform our data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact our engineering velocity, enabling multidisciplinary teams to execute with confidence, clarity, and autonomy.
