## About the Role

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, * A minimum of 2+ years of mortgage pricing/registration experience.

 * High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and often stressful environment.
 * Must accept coaching and constructive criticism regarding best practices and designated organizational scripts.
 * Must have excellent organization, computer, and verbal and written communication skills.
 * Must have analytical thinking ability, diplomacy, and professionalism.
 * Work well with other team members and leaders, including colleagues, correspondent counterparties, vendors, and leadership team members.
 * Must possess proficient computer skills in applications including but not limited to Excel, Word, and LOS systems.

## Description

* Audit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates.
 * Ensure all pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained.
 * Review and verify lock requests received by the lock desk.
 * Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc.
 * Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
 * Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input.
 * Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches.
 * Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes.
 * The Lock Desk Analyst is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
 * Additional tasks as assigned.
