Software Delivery & Production Support: * Own assigned development work through requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support. * Troubleshoot production application issues using logs, system information, and other diagnostic tools. * Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions that prevent recurring application issues. * Participate in application releases, change management, and deployment activities. * Maintain appropriate testing, documentation, release notes, and rollback procedures. Development Practices: * Work with Git-based source control and modern software development workflows. * Participate in code reviews and maintain strong standards around code quality, security, and documentation. * Develop and maintain unit and integration testing. * Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, and environment management initiatives. * Apply secure coding practices related to authentication, authorization, input validation, and application security.
