## Description

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex software features and systems. This role contributes significantly to architecture decisions, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business priorities.
Profile Description:
Design, build and own scalable and maintainable front-end and back-end systems using modern languages and frameworks.
Leads development within the team for key application features, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with minimal oversight.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices.
Work cross-functionally across the team and collaborate with adjacent teams, including DevOps and QA to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to technical planning.
Participate in system architecture discussions and clearly communicate proposals.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement proactive monitoring and observability tools.
