The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, data management knowledge, and program leadership skills to drive strategic data programs across Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Cloud, Governance, Analytics, Security, and Business teams., * 15+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Technical Program/Program Management. * Strong experience managing enterprise Data Management and Data Governance programs. * Strong understanding of: + Data Governance + Data Quality + Data Architecture + Metadata Management + Data Catalog & Lineage + Master Data Management (MDM) + Data Lifecycle Management + Data Security & Privacy * Experience with modern data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. * Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data integration, APIs, data platforms, and data pipelines. * Experience with data governance/catalog platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, or similar. * Strong understanding of SQL and enterprise data architecture. * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, or similar tools. * Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe or Hybrid delivery experience. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field. * PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is a plus. * Experience leading large-scale data modernization or digital transformation programs. * Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams. * Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus. ## Description * Lead end-to-end Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Modernization programs. * Define program strategy, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics. * Manage multiple technical workstreams across Data Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Analytics, Security, and Business teams. * Drive Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, MDM, and Data Lifecycle Management initiatives. * Lead cloud and data-platform modernization initiatives involving Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT, and data integration. * Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies. * Establish program governance, RAID logs, RACI models, KPIs, and executive reporting. * Partner with senior leadership and technical stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and resolve escalations. * Facilitate steering committees, program reviews, roadmap sessions, and executive presentations. * Coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile/Scrum teams and technology organizations. * Ensure data initiatives align with enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements. * Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and successful adoption of new data capabilities. ## Related Videos -
