## About the Role

* Bachelor s degree or equivalent Agile transformation experience.
 * 5+ years of Agile experience in product/project/delivery environments.
 * 3+ years of Agile coaching experience.
 * Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile principles.
 * Experience with cross-functional teams, stakeholder management, workshops, and organizational change., Preferred: SPC, SA, CSM, PSM, CSP, or Lean Six Sigma certification. Manufacturing, automotive, smart factory, or digital transformation experience is a plus

## Description

* Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders.
 * Drive SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile transformation initiatives.
 * Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, retrospectives, sprint planning, and reviews.
 * Improve Agile maturity, team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and flow.
 * Support organizational change, servant leadership, continuous improvement, and value-stream thinking.
 * Identify and remove organizational impediments and cross-team dependencies.
 * Facilitate Agile workshops and promote consistent Agile practices and governance.
