 * Good working understanding of front-end practices and atomic design principles;
 * Excellent knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, and library management;

 * Create design system components in Figma, demonstrating a strong understanding of interaction design and UI best practices;
 * Produce high-quality, responsive UI designs that balance usability and accessibility;
 * Produce component documentation and manage design tokens;
 * Approach situations through a design systems lens, considering the reusability of design elements;
 * Contribute to the design system strategy across platforms and support decision-making at the team level;
 * Collaborate cross-functionally and nurture team collaboration;
 * Make informed decisions during the design process balancing user needs, business considerations, and accessibility compliance;
 * Communicate ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
