## Description

We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Data Reporting & Analytics Lead to work closely with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior executives across the Group.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how performance is measured, reported and acted upon across a diverse international education business. You'll develop insightful reporting, build intuitive dashboards, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Design and implement efficient data collection and reporting processes across multiple business units.
 * Develop executive-level dashboards and visualisations using Excel and Power BI.
 * Create performance reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of organisational performance.
 * Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations through advanced analytics and data interpretation.
 * Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, challenges and areas for improvement.
 * Transform complex datasets into concise, impactful presentations for executive audiences.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder engagement.
 * Drive continuous improvement in reporting, data quality and analytics capabilities.
