Base pay range £65K - £75K per annum + twice yearly bonus + other benefits including private healthcare Managing Director at MBN Solutions | We place top tier Data & AI talent using Retained, Contingent & Contract solutions globally Data Privacy Manager Glasgow (hybrid 2 days onsite) Reporting to a forward thinking and well respected CISO you will take on this senior role within the Data Protection team of a large and complex commercial retail business. Experience gained within a commercial retail environment would be preferred. The Job: * Play a vital role in protecting personal data while helping to provide an excellent service and commercial offering to customers * Work closely with colleagues across various functions as well as suppliers, to ensure we follow the applicable laws and regulations * Working alongside cyber security colleagues make sure relevant data protection controls are in place and effective * Be an advocate of privacy and data protection in the business * Liaise with data owners and champions across the business * Leading the team on the triage of privacy governance and compliance-related matters * Develop and deliver targeted training programmes for data owners and champions * Oversee the correctness and completeness of our records of data processing activities * Oversee enforcement of data processing controls in the group.
