Key Responsibilities * Lead the solution design process for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices. * Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party integrations. * Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements. * Create solution architecture documents, data models, integration diagrams, and process flows. * Oversee system mappings, request/response structures, and API design-especially when integrating via MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. * Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with Salesforce governance and enterprise architecture standards. * Provide design-level guidance to development teams and conduct reviews to ensure quality and consistency. * Stay up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and ecosystem trends.
