Information Technology Service Desk Manager

What You'll Do as IT Service Manager

 * Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
 * Oversee service delivery including help-desk setups, new-starter onboarding, and application support.
 * Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance while supporting partners with technology integrations.
