 * Public sector or highly regulated industry experience
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills
 * Experience developing governance frameworks
 * ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

## Description

* Define the target-state ServiceNow data architecture
 * Develop architectural principles for future platform growth
 * Establish data standards and architecture guardrails
 * Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise architecture principles
 * Review ServiceNow Licensing capabilities to provide:

 * Current vs Unused
 * Readiness for modernisation ie, Licensing required

CMDB and CSDM

 * Assess current CMDB maturity
 * Develop a roadmap aligned to ServiceNow CSDM
 * Rationalise CI structures and relationships
 * Improve service dependency visibility

Data Architecture

 * Identify authoritative data sources
 * Map end-to-end data flows into ServiceNow
 * Document transformation logic
 * Define mastering rules
 * Produce data lineage documentation
 * Assess data readiness for future ServiceNow capabilities

Data Governance

 * Define governance models for ServiceNow data
 * Establish Data Owner and Data Steward responsibilities
 * Develop RACI models
 * Introduce data quality monitoring
 * Align with existing organisational governance frameworks
 * Recommend retention and sovereignty approaches, * Enterprise Architecture
 * Solution Architecture
 * Data Architecture
