## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
 * 3+ years of SAP ERP experience, with at least 2 years supporting SAP S/4HANA.
 * Experience supporting SAP Fiori applications and business process workflows.
 * Strong understanding of ERP processes, configuration concepts, and system administration.
 * Experience with SAP transport management and change control processes.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

## Description

The SAP S/4HANA Administrator/Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA environment for the Public Sector. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure ERP processes, integrations, reporting, security, and system performance meet organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day SAP operations, troubleshoot system issues, support business process enhancements, coordinate testing activities, upgrades, and data management initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and scalability of the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem involving Materials Management and Analytics., SAP System Administration

 * Administer and maintain SAP S/4HANA environments including Fiori, SAP HANA database interfaces, and related applications.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity utilization.
 * Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity plans.
 * Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records.
