Define the style and provide direction for the visual artifacts of SDS Native documents and tools. * Partner with product areas to advocate for SDS and App Foundations, promote standards, and integrate changes into guidelines. Collaborate effectively across functional teams. * Identify emerging needs, develop interaction design best practices, and contribute to interaction pattern documentation. * Lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocating for user needs across platforms and applications. * Foster a system-wide design mindset within the team. Partner strategically with engineering, product, and Search Foundations to define the future of design systems at Search (and Google).
