Relevant experience may include: + Data center fit-outs and build-outs + Rack and stack ## Description Senior Vice President & General Manager Own the business. Scale the operation. Help shape the infrastructure behind the AI economy. This is not a traditional functional leadership role. We're looking for a commercially minded, operationally strong Senior Vice President & General Manager to take full ownership of a rapidly growing infrastructure services division supporting data center, telecommunications, and enterprise customers across the U.S. and internationally. You'll own the P&L, set the strategy, lead the delivery organization, strengthen executive customer relationships, and build the team and operating model needed to scale profitably. For the right leader, this is an opportunity to run a business at the center of the data center and AI infrastructure buildout, with direct accountability for growth, margin, operations, people, and long-term direction. You'll: + Drive growth across data center, telecom, and enterprise markets + Build relationships with hyperscale, colocation, carrier, and enterprise customers + Sponsor strategic pursuits and major customer engagements + Expand single-service projects into broader lifecycle relationships + Help shape pricing, contract structures, and margin strategy + Develop channel and strategic partnership opportunities + Identify opportunities to sell integrated power and network infrastructure solutions + Strengthen recurring-revenue and long-term managed service offerings This role requires someone who understands that growth and operational execution are inseparable. Operational Leadership You'll lead a nationwide delivery organization responsible for complex infrastructure projects in mission-critical environments. Your scope will include: + Field operations + Project management + Engineering + Structured cabling and network infrastructure + Data center deployment + IT asset disposition and decommissioning + Logistics and asset recovery + Managed operations + Subcontractor networks You'll be expected to create repeatable delivery standards, improve utilization, protect margins, and ensure projects are delivered safely, professionally, and without unnecessary callbacks or rework. Service & Technology Strategy You'll help determine where the business invests next. The service portfolio spans the full infrastructure lifecycle, including: + Assess and design + Build and deploy + Operate and maintain + Protect and mitigate + Migrate and transform + Retire and recover You'll evaluate new capabilities, service lines, markets, and delivery models while keeping the organization ahead of major infrastructure trends. Relevant areas include: + Hyperscale and colocation data centers + AI and GPU infrastructure + High-density rack environments + Direct-to-chip liquid cooling + 40kW+ per-rack power distribution + Structured cabling + Fiber infrastructure + AC and DC power + IT asset disposition + Data center migrations + Cloud migrations + Managed infrastructure services + Telecommunications infrastructure Build the Team A major part of this role will be strengthening the organization underneath you.
