Equivalent professional experience may be considered. * Minimum of 7 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft business applications and cloud-based solutions. * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement platforms. * Experience developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. * Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with external applications, services, and enterprise data sources. * Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices. * Experience leading technical teams in Agile/Scrum development environments. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to lead projects, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions. How will you wow us: * Active Secret Security Clearance. * Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or Microsoft 365. * Experience supporting federal government customers. * Knowledge of case management solutions and workflow automation platforms. * Experience with data migration, system modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives. * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and Zero Trust architectures. ## Description JCS Solutions is seeking an experienced Microsoft SaaS Solutions Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft cloud-based business solutions for our federal clients. This role provides both technical leadership and hands-on expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related SaaS technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and mission-focused solutions.
