## Description

The Data Coordinator- Vetting will support the PI Vetting and Label Specification Review and Approval process for existing Own Brand items. This role will collect, review, validate, and accurately record supplier and product information while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders., * Collect company, production facility, item-level, and supplier contact information from suppliers.

 * Request and organize supporting documentation required for PI Vetting and Label Specification Review.
 * Review submitted documentation for authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
 * Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and follow up with suppliers as needed.
 * Enter and maintain validated information in data collection templates and internal Power BI-based databases.
 * Support the Label Specification Review and Approval process by ensuring required information is complete and accurate.
 * Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the data collection process.
 * Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve data and documentation issues.
 * Track outstanding information and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned items.
 * Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently according to established processes and requirements.
 * Collaborate with the Private Brands Product Integrity team and other stakeholders to support project goals.
