## About the Role

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

 * 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
 * Experience in application development in one or more platforms/areas (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR)., * 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
 * 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.
 * Experience working with AntiGravity or Claude Code.

## Description

* Build technical solutions to unblock and advance the efforts of UXDs, UXRs, PM and SWE partners in Search Ads to de-risk innovative new ideas and solutions.
 * Develop high-fidelity, interactive experiences using the latest AI enabled tools.
 * Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from UX designers and researchers.
