## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, and/or other quantitative and technical fields, or equivalent experience
 * Evidence of exceptional ability, especially within an ambiguous environment
 * Experience in technical project management for software migration and systems development
 * 3-5 years of experience in program manager or other structured business environments
 * Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools
 * Excellent analytical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
 * Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects, especially those consisting of both technical and non-technical stakeholders

## Description

The Energy Service Transformation & Analytics team is embedded in daily operations, supporting both near-term execution and long-term planning. Team members are expected to partner closely with the business to analyze technical data, provide recommendations, and lead cross-functional decision-making and implementation of the recommendations.
What You'll Do

 * Define business requirements to technical Software Engineers, synthesizing stakeholder problem statements into user stories and application personas
 * Partner with Software Engineers and design optimal solutions to meet requirements
 * Write database updates and basic software code as needed to support bulk changes and administration of software tools for business users
 * Validate Software development in stage or test environments to confirm desired behavior before deployment, including coordination and information transfers through multiple applications
 * Effectively communicate process and software changes to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurements to ensure compliance
 * Drive problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives with cross functional teams to improve end to end service processes
 * Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and regular KPI reviews
