PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in related field. * Distech GFX Certification. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, AND CHARACTERISTICS * Ability to apply automation solutions and troubleshoot complex problems on automated equipment that is new and existing. * Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, network, and wiring schematics, drawings, and diagrams. * Ability to manage professional email communications. * Ability to manage and maintain a calendar and task management system. * Ability to present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude, always, when interacting with customers and co-workers. * Must possess and maintain an exceptional work ethic and punctuality. * Must uphold company values and demand the highest level of conduct from self and others. * Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work as part of a team and independently. * Willingness to market and promote McKenney's cycle of services. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT * Work involves moderate exposure to elements, such as hot/cold temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or loud noises. * Work environment involves moderate exposure to construction warehouse hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. * Moderate physical effort. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 75 pounds and extensive sitting. Some walking and standing. In all we do, we must work to build a partnership with our employees, customers and business associates that empowers them all with the ability to do their jobs safely. ## Description Our End User Automation Specialists are instrumental in building long-term customer relationships, solving problems, and making recommendations to improve customers' building systems.
