This includes leading process discovery and design sessions with large groups of SME from disparate levels of the organization. The job is also responsible for development of solution documentation, effort management, and solution development using IBM Business Automation Workflowand Web Development (ASP.net, SharePoint, etc.) tools: testing, roll-out, and production support of solutions., * Performs Process Discovery Analysis * Performs Business Process Management Automation design, including process flow, Coaching (user interfaces), and application of existing SOA services with BAW Automation. * Performs management of BAW solution development teams including leading project sponsors and SME from various business perspectives to consensus, coaching participants to achieve effective process design, and serving as the "voice of the customer". * Performs existing solution production support and realignment.
