Technical Skills * Strong knowledge of LAN technologies and protocols, including: * TCP/IP * VLANs * Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) * Experience troubleshooting Layer 1 and Layer 2 network issues. * Understanding of LAN security standards and best practices. * Experience supporting enterprise networking and wireless solutions such as: * Cisco Meraki * HPE Aruba * Juniper Mist * Fortinet * Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Microsoft Teams. Professional Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong customer service, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. * Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with networking technologies., * CCNA or other relevant networking certifications. * Experience supporting large enterprise environments. * Experience working in a government, regulated, or highly secure environment.
