## Description

We are seeking an Oracle Guided Learning Consultant to create, maintain, and update user guidance and business process knowledge for Oracle Fusion HCM., * Develop and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content.

 * Develop business process knowledge bases to support AI and large language models.
 * Collaborate with HR functional leads and subject matter experts.
 * Document processes, system updates, and knowledge gained during transition.
 * Support OGL administration and content updates.
 * Complete required OGL training and relevant certifications.
