## Description

Seeking an experienced Power Platform Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale solutions in a rapidly growing organization. This role is pivotal in building and expanding internal applications using Power Platform tools, supporting the scaling of tax and back-office operations from 1,500 to 15,000 users. The ideal candidate will serve as the Power Platform Solution Architect, driving requirements gathering, solution design, development, and governance. You'll spearhead projects across multiple engineering teams, ensuring scalable, compliant, and effective automation solutions that align with enterprise goals.  * Lead requirements gathering sessions, design discussions, and backlog prioritization
 * Develop functional specifications, user stories, and project roadmaps
 * Design, build, and enhance enterprise applications utilizing Power Platform tools
 * Oversee solution deployment through pipelines, ensuring quality and compliance
 * Serve as the Power Platform Solution Architect, guiding development standards and best practices
 * Manage internal automation projects, improve processes, and scale solutions to support growth from 1,500 to 15,000 users
 * Collaborate with back-office teams to support tax solution scaling and enterprise application strategies
 * Provide mentorship and review work from junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables
 * Stay current with Power Platform advancements, recommending improvements and innovations
