Technical Skills: * Strong knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, SSH, and SFTP. * Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems. * Experience with automation using Ansible. * Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Wiki. * Basic knowledge of Middleware (AMPS, MQ, Kafka) and platform operating systems (Windows, Unix). Preferred Qualifications * Experience with HSM support, specifically Utimaco and Futurex. * Knowledge of general information security concepts. * Programming experience interfacing with web and backend system interfaces. * Experience supporting multiple authentication methods, such as Kerberos or SiteMinder. ## Description This position is for an operational and engineering support role focusing on messaging middleware. The Senior Production Support Engineer will serve as a key liaison between Production and Development teams.
