 * Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
 * Appian or Workflow Platforms
 * Genesys/IVR exposure
 * Healthcare/Insurance domain experience

* Lead 2-3 enterprise applications simultaneously
 * Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and APIs
 * Drive new enhancements (70%) and application support/maintenance (30%)
 * Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best practices
 * Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams
