As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review * Due to the nature of the projects a US Citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications: * 10 years of roadway and highway design experience * Experience producing PS&E packages for NCDOT or North Carolina municipalities * Familiarity with ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or similar document management tools * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical writing abilities ## Description We are seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to join our Raleigh, NC transportation team. This position will primarily support North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) and municipal roadway design projects , with a strong emphasis on design production, technical quality control, client engagement, and mentorship of junior staff ., The successful candidate will serve as a technical lead on roadway projects, producing and reviewing design deliverables while ensuring compliance with NCDOT standards, AASHTO guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
