## Description

Lumora Solutions is partnered with a high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company that has developed an AI-augmented performance platform.

With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, the company is expanding its commercial team and hiring three Software Solutions Engineers to support new business growth across mid-market and enterprise customers.

This role is ideal for individuals with a software engineering background who are looking to move into a more customer-facing, commercially focused position.

The Role

 * Partnering with sales throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, from technical discovery to solution design and deal close.
 * Engaging CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Delivery Leaders globally to understand technical environments and challenges.
 * Designing and presenting tailored demos that align the platform with customer goals.
 * Collaborating with sales, product, and customer teams to ensure solutions meet needs and deliver long-term value.

What we are looking for

 * Strong software engineering or technical background, looking to transition into solutions-focused sales.
 * 2-4 years of experience in SaaS or technical environments, ideally with exposure to pre-sales or solution consulting.
