This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly skilled team responsible for the delivery, maintenance and optimisation of secure storage and backup platforms supporting mission-critical systems. Key Responsibilities * Administer, maintain and support enterprise storage infrastructure. * Manage and optimise NetApp storage platforms across secure environments. * Support enterprise backup and recovery solutions, ensuring business continuity and data integrity. * Provide support across both Windows and Linux server environments. Support virtualised infrastructure, including VMware platforms. * Monitor storage capacity, performance and availability, identifying opportunities for optimisation. * Perform storage provisioning, migrations, upgrades and lifecycle management activities. * Investigate and resolve storage, backup and infrastructure-related incidents. * Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational runbooks. * Work closely with infrastructure, platform and project teams to deliver secure technical solutions.
