You will work with senior business, HR and transformation leaders to shape workforce strategies, develop critical skills for the future, and drive cultural improvements that enhance engagement, innovation and growth. You will help translate ambition into tangible outcomes, including the application of AI and emerging technologies. Must-have knowledge/experience * Workforce Strategy - Support clients in defining and delivering workforce strategies that align talent, skills and organisational capabilities with business objectives, encompassing forecasting, workforce planning, skills-based transformation, organisational effectiveness and future workforce strategy development. * Learning & Skills - Build the capabilities needed now and for the future, including learning maturity assessments, capability frameworks, learning strategies, up-skilling and reskilling initiatives and learning technology platforms, and the adoption of AI. * Culture Transformation - Design and deliver culture and behaviour change in digital and AI-driven transformation, embedding new ways of working enabled by AI, with diagnostics, leadership and employee engagement initiatives, change management, and the development of high-performing, inclusive and innovative workplace cultures. Additional contributions * Business Development - Proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events. * Internal contribution - Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development. * Learning & development - Training and certifications to support your career and the skills demand within the company.
