I'm hiring for an Insights Analyst to join a purpose-driven organisation delivering services across employability, justice, health, and wider citizen services. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Power BI, offering a high level of autonomy and the chance to shape how insight is used across the business. It's ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, investigative analysis, and working in an environment where the work has real social impact. You'll play a key role in helping the organisation understand what's working, what isn't, and why - supporting reviews of service delivery, business processes, and long-term outcomes such as sustainable employment.
